Shipping and Returns Policy
We want you to love your new stationery! If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, our returns process is simple and straightforward. Please review the details below.
1. Returns. Cancellations & Refunds
Right to Cancel: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
30-Day Policy: In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return window for most items, provided they are returned in their original, sellable condition.
Faulty Goods: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty or not as described, you have a right to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened glues, ink cartridges, or personalised/customised stationery cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. However, most refunds are processed within 7 days

3. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographs of the damage or defect along with your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged items at no additional cost to you.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
