Agreement: By accessing or purchasing from PenPencilStationery.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms; the version active at the time of your order will govern the contract.

2. Eligibility and Contract Formation

Age: You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Contract: A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods. The automated confirmation email sent immediately after checkout acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute legal acceptance.

Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment authorisation failure, or obvious pricing errors.

3. Products ,Pricing and Substitutions

Accuracy: We strive for visual and descriptive accuracy. However, slight variations in color may occur due to digital display settings.

Substitution Policy: If a specific branded item is unavailable, we may provide a substitute of equal or greater value and quality. If you are not satisfied with the substitute, you have the right to return it for a full refund at our expense, including return postage costs, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Promotions: Discount codes apply to the product price only and exclude shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

4. Ordering Process

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
  • Products are unavailable.
  • Payment is not authorised.
  • Errors in pricing or product description occur.

5. Payment Methods

• We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. Payment must be cleared in full before goods are dispatched.

6. Delivery Scope & Timelines

Territory: We currently deliver to the UK Mainland. We do not offer delivery to Northern Ireland at this time.

Dispatch: We aim to pack and ship all items within 48 hours. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. While we request notification of damages within 48 hours to assist with courier claims, this does not affect your statutory right to report faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act.

7. Returns & The Right to Cancel

Statutory Cancellation: You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the packaging provided (including our circular repacking materials).

Exclusions: Personalised goods, custom orders, or sealed items that have been unsealed (such as certain glues or inks) are non-refundable unless faulty.
